Resumen
Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática sobre el impacto de la cultura organizacional en la efectividad de la implementación de planes estratégicos en organizaciones durante la última década. A través de un análisis comparativo y de contenido, se estudian 31 artículos seleccionados de las bases de datos WoS y Scopus, y se evidencia el papel crucial de la cultura en el éxito o fracaso de las estrategias empresariales, también se destaca la influencia de la cultura en aspectos como la motivación de empleados, la toma de decisiones y el desempeño organizacional. Se discute la importancia de alinear la cultura con los planes estratégicos para una implementación efectiva. Se concluye con recomendaciones prácticas para la gestión de la cultura organizacional en el contexto de la planeación estratégica y se sugieren orientaciones para futuras investigaciones.
