Abstract

Four years after the introduction of Dual Vocational Training in Spain, requires a detailed study of the model developed and an assessment of the objectives achieved. This study provides a conceptual analysis of the Spanish and Catalan standards, and focused, with existing data, compliance with four objectives. The results show mismatches mainly in social dialogue, strategic plannig, quality standards and in key issues such as improving qualification level of youth and school-work transition.
