Abstract

From an instrumental theoretical development, the structure, the amplitude and the organization of the networks of health services in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area are analyzed, recovering contributions from the theory of organizations and the literature on networks. Were selected 17 networks for further study. The networks addressed have different territorial scope and are based on pre-existing national and / or provincial health programs. They are present in highly complex establishments and in the first level of care, but they operate from an hospital ocentric logic.
