Abstract

The objective of this article is to expose the method that has been used in a research carried out, and that has allowed to recover some essential "pieces" of our industrial archeology, enabling the reconstruction of the Technopolis in Spain, which was inscribed in the organizational thought of the early twentieth century and crystallized later in a society model based on a selected majority. This had to do with the implementation of mass production that, as a technical-organizational institution and instrument of control of the productive process, caused the formation of a working middle class, possessing technical cognitive capital, and turned into a small owner of goods obtained through the mass consumer market.
