Abstract
This article belongs to the study of new styles of contemporary "leadership", closely linked to the theoretical approaches to commitment. The main objective is to characterize, based on ten analysis categories, the differences and similarities in management style, depending on the generation of the leader, as perceived by their employees. Subsequently, based on an analysis of the opinions and points of view expressed in focus group, we propose the construction of Intergenerational Leadership, comprising two transversal competences: emotional intelligence and generational perspective, as a tool to take advantage of intergenerational talent.
