Abstract
Many authors consider social participation to be a key feature of immigrant integration. Young migrants form specific social groups that have considerable internal heterogeneity, not only because of their cultural or geographical origins, but also because of the similarities of their migration process. However, although they belong to different groups, they have similar problems of social participation. The main aim of the paper is to analyze the features that are common to various groups and those that are different on the basis of the conditions of their migration process.
